StaffTalk: Your District Personnel Tool

This is a tool for ‘their eyes only’ – your staff! It will work toward the elusive goal of creating a paperless office by providing staff with an easy repository for forms of all types. This Intranet Tool comes with a Secure Login so that access to sensitive areas can be regulated and monitored via individual username/passwords, while less sensitive areas can be protected with a single key code.

StaffTalk Tools and Features:

Secure Login with Password Protection – For public or private viewing.

Filing Cabinet/Directory – A central repository for documents that the public can easily access. A search directory is included.

Calendar – Comes with the ability to add/edit/delete calendar events and save archives of previous years’ events.

Slideshows – The slideshow feature can showcase photos from any event.

News – Only up-to-date content is featured. Once a story reaches its end date, it is archived for future reference.
